Bad Boys, What cha gonna do?

So one night we decided to have a bbq. The only problem was we didn't have any propane. So Jared, Chad, and Sam hopped on the the golf cart and headed down main street. They passed a cop and all hopped off and pretended like they were fixing the cart and when he passed they started back up. They filled up with propane and on their way back they got stranded on main street, the golf cart ran out of gas. Katie filled them up and they were back on their journey. They passed the cop again, this time there was no fooling him. He followed them back to Cherry Hill and asked "What are you guys doing?" Jared responed, "Officer, there is no good explination." Why can't you drive down Main on a golf cart?
